Historias 149th auction will take place from June 9 to 13. The catalog contains more than 4500 lots with a varied assortment of arts, crafts, jewelry and antiques. It is led by the almost 500 lots of jewelry department with mostly moderately priced, classic and modern gold and silver, as well as delicate pearl jewelry.
The silver department presents a balanced assortment of silverware, interspersed with unusual collectibles, such as the tea machine from Bremen around 1900, which comes completely with insert and drip tray.
Among the more than 900 porcelain positions, an Art Nouveau vase by Rozenburg with decoration by Samuel Schelling stands out, as does the ceremonial pendulum, which is crowned by a mounted Arab fighting a tiger.
Two figures by the famous Art Deco sculptor Chiparus enrich the sculpture department, which is led by the famous statuette, a kissing farewell pair of Cossacks by the Russian sculptor Lanceray.
An expressive Vaishravana from Tibets 18th century will bring our Asian collectors to the scene, whose department comprises around 350 lots.
The section of collectibles, which is very strongly positioned with more than 900 objects, is represented by a collection
upgraded from 50 fine bags from Vuitton to Chanel and Hermes to Gucci.
The more than 800 paintings, drawings and prints from the 16th to the 21st century fill the entire Saturday. These include illustrious names from the 19th and early 20th centuries such as Carl Morgenstern, Chwala, Zampighi and Ferdinand Knab. The modern works come up with names like Fred Thieler, Günther Uecker, Herbert Zangs, Neo Rauch or Gottfried Helnwein.
The online catalog can be found at www.historia.de. The preview takes place on June 4th, 5th and 6th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in our rooms at Manteuffelstraße 27, in 12103 Berlin-Tempelhof. However, attention should be paid to the requirements imposed by Corona. The auction takes place on the days from 9th to 13th June from 10 a.m.
